At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration projects. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate glass shades or brass components are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix your return label and the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier's location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
